Enquire →Perimenopause & Midlife Athlete Nutrition
Specialist nutrition support for female endurance athletes navigating perimenopause and midlife.
Have you noticed that what used to work doesn't always work anymore? Maybe training feels harder to recover from or fuelling strategies that were reliable for years stop working, and your body doesn't always respond the way it used to. Most generic sports nutrition advice doesn't account for the nuance of this phase of life. Grounded in the latest research on female physiology you’ll have personalised and practical strategies that fit your life.

Enquire →Youth Athlete & Schools Nutrition Education
Age-appropriate nutrition education for young athletes, delivered in schools or sports clubs.
Parents and coaches often share the same worries, whether a young athlete is fuelling enough to support training and growth, signs of disordered eating or body image concerns, and how to support performance without falling into anything restrictive or unhealthy. Covers the basics that matter most at this stage: energy needs, hydration, recovery, and building a healthy relationship with food and sport. Workshops can be delivered for young athletes alone, for parents, or as a joint parent and athlete session, alongside practical content like meal planning and shopping. Available as a single workshop or a structured series.

Jules provided resources that were beautifully written with relatable examples and clear, practical guidance that is easy to follow.
— Project Power by Krissy Cela
Massive thanks for all your support in the challenge. Without your nutrition guidance, it would have been a very different story. It was simple to follow and kept Greg fuelled all week
— Comic Relief
I felt great all week – my energy never dropped.
— Greg James
I started with working with Jules due to pretty persistent stomach issues, which I was aware had potential to result in a DNF finish at my first IRONMAN. With some simple changes, I had a really positive first full-distance race; my fuelling plan felt simple and practical, and most importantly, I actually enjoyed the race rather than constantly worrying about feeling unwell.
It’s also given me a bit of a nudge to stop what was probably frequent under-fuelling of a lot of my training sessions, and changing that has made a difference in my last big training block.
Recipes were all super tasty and easy to prepare when busy which isn’t an easy combination to find - so overall a massive thank you!”
